In 1655 it was the propriety of the heirs of Mr. JEAN GAIRARD.
In 1728 the FERRIE farm was known to have been let as a smallholding comprising 40 sheep.
In the second half of the 19th century the farm belonged to Mr. BENAZET, a former solicitor in Toulouse.
